I wouldn't have thought your father wrote to your CO to thank him for putting his son on the fast track for a commission - the Republican Party way - Good ole boy Hi Mary, Interesting thought. If you replace the word Republican with Democrat...dontcha think that explains how John Kerry got into the US Navy Reserves right after his deferment was disapproved and just before getting his draft notice. uw

We were rolling in dough, filthy rich, my dad made $13k a year. My whole class must have been rich, we all went to Germany.
