I didn't mean to get way off topic on "What's my favorite browser.". It's probably one of the oldest topics on SI, and I sincerely doubt there will ever be a consensus. At least not until someone comes up with one that has all of the good and none of the bad.

Both display black backgrounds using "obsolete" browsers. Once logged in, the problem goes away.
