If a deal is struck with NK it needs to be a deal between NK and the nations who are immediately threatened by NK.

In diplomatic terms such a conversation is called a sidebar. It is a staple of business negotiations too. You would have thought Junior would have stayed awake for at least one of those Harvard MBA classes.
