re: I guess sleeping bag imprisonment is not acceptable under the Geneva Conventions. If they treated the generals this way, you can imagine what they did to the Iraqi grunts. It makes me sick, and ashamed. Remember the days when we thought Americans held themselves to a higher standard? Maybe you don't, you are young. But there was a day when Americans would hate those soldiers worse than the enemy. That's the way I was raised, you were held to a higher moral standard. And someone that was fortunate enough to be an American, and broke that moral standard, was the worst. Pure scum. We held our politicians to higher standards as well. John
