Given Theravance's success in getting out (Wave II.V), and the supposedly favorable seasonality, perhaps it's time to look at the next crop of S-1s. Here's a list of current IPO filings: Cardiovascular Biotherapeutics Salmedix Threshold Pharmaceuticals Inc Celldex Therapeutics Favrille Inc Icagen Inc ViaCell Inc CoTherix Inc 10/11 Targacept Inc Corus Pharma MediciNova Inc CoTherix is supposed to come out next week, while the others are TBA. MediciNova is more of U.S. licensing arm for various Japanese efforts than a biotech, and Corus modifies other people's asthma products (SEPR wannabe?). The others mostly appear to actually have R&D departments. But I know nothing. Go off and dig, if you're game. Post here or sart another thread, whatever. Cheers, Tuck
