They still have to prove that they can manufacture a safe product.

But they have nearly a full year to do so. And given they have demonstrated the ability to manufacture safely in the past, it seems very likely that they will be able to get their license back in time for next year's season. So I can't see that as a high risk.

CRXL seems strong on the news. Anyone know the status of their flu vaccine project?
