It is a shame to me that the personification of God.. Jesus is always used in the context of being right. It then becomes an invaluable tool to use to prove that I am on the side of the righteous.. If one invokes the name of a religious figure it is thought by most as the epitome of righteousness and sanctity... So, all anyone has to do is what Bush has done.. God is my saviour and to him do I pray for the wisdom of all I do. On the other side we have OBL paying homage to his God, Allah and in his mind we are the infidels and he has a right to rid the sacred soil of the middle east... Islaam territory that is... from us ... So in the end is this a war for oil,land hearts and minds of people or is it another religious war... AND what it does to me is turn me off from all religions.They have caused more problems in this world and when one thinks about outer space , the possibility of life on other planets and the totality of the Universe in which we are just a little blob.... I think it's laughable.. Someone said once that religion is the biggest joke played by God on humankind in that it is all a myth.
