John Kerry is not saying anything different now. Instead he is adding that Bush did not take this nation to war correctly. There was npo plan to win the peace. There were not enough troops on the ground (courtesy Paul Bremer). What Kerry and Edwatds saw then by not voting for the 87 billion is what we all are starting to see now; which is the war was poorly planned, he rushed to war and did not take the time to plan, and today he is blaming his Generals.

Mr. President, you are seeking 4 more years. Do you know the buck stops at your desk today. If not, then you will never know if 4 years was not enough.
