Spin this for me. please. The United States has given millions of dollars to the Palestinian Authority run by Yassar Arafat, a person Israel has repeatedly denounced as a terrorist. (As you know, Israel feels so stronly about Yassar Arafats's complicity in terror attacks it has has frequently threatened to kill or expel him.) So... the US gives financial aid to the Arafat's Palestinian Authority to rebuild infrastructure damaged by Israel. That's OK. Saddam gives financial aid to families to rebuild their homes which were also destroyed by Israel. That's not OK. Saddam is supporting terror, but the United States is not? For the first time in the history of U.S.-Palestinian relationship, the U.S. has directly given the Palestinian Authority chaired by Yassar Arafat, over $20 million on July 16, 2004.
