"Yes, but I'd never have anything to do with these vermin" Chuckle..as a cardiologist, I forgot that his view would be of that nature<g>..quite honestly..it would be naive for me to believe that he will not be involved in law suit testimony(whether it's class action, individual, whether it's through his colleagues and mentees)..I can bet my entire net worth x10x10 that he WILL be involved...call it arrogant and presumptious on my part..you're allowed..<g> BTW..I brought a suit against one of my mom's cardiologists..per the advice of one of my Boston physician contacts(a shocker given our profession..she lives in a small upstate NY city..couldn't find a lawyer in the area that would take the case on..this cardiologist and his practice was treating them!!!..had to go to NYC..a real eye-opener to say the least..
