I'm, very concerned about Bushies pushing "church" into state. They know what the law is, and they push it over the line whenever they can on purpose. They blame this on "activist judges" who want to take do ridiculous things like take "under God" out of the pledge, but the real issue is the Talibanization of the US government by the religious right. It's been an ongoing battle for hundreds of years. If you want to know about the tyranny of the religious right, you have only to look at some church-owned towns in Utah. It's frightening and un-American.
