There were different reasons for different people. Cheney gets to advance his reason first and formost, since he chooses who gets appointed for the other positions. Last of all is Bush and his revenge for Daddy reason. TP

C) It is parsed from other reasons that if added to your list would make the list appear reasonable. D) It is a calculated method to advance your particular agenda.
