I am using Windows XP. I have called Microsoft and the tech could not figure out what was wrong. After 2 1/2 hours he turned it over to the research dept. and they will call me back tomorrow afternoon. Since installing SP2, I cannot backup anything, my printer does not work, nothing shows up in the internet connection section of the control panel,I can receive mail but not send it, cannot uninstall SP2, cannot open sites when I click on the link etc. My AVG anti-virus does work and is on of three things that is running at start-up. I see a complete system recovery coming using the 8 disk set from HP. Aside from wanting to put my foot through the computer, everything is fine. I can connect to the internet which seems strange. Beware of SP2.
