Wait a second - bush was the one talking about giving millions of illegals legal status, the concensus being he wanted their votes. Racist! Sheesh - maybe among some super libs, but most, like me, find the invasion from south of the border an assault on America. IMO

The real reason why Republicans don't do anything about it is because they love the cheap labor that comes across the borders.

The Republicans don't care about being called racist. If they want to make political hay out of the issue, they surely will, as demonstrated by the Prop. 187 issue in California that they raked up 10 years ago.
