e never gave WMD to terroists when he had some Ah, let's wait till he's done it, huh? I've already shown the Clinton administration said he was going to cooperate with AQ on WMD development. And I've quoted John Kerry saying that Saddam's record of miscalculation made it a real possibility. Not good enough for you. Let's wait till he's done it. why would he if he developed some more? He hates America for keeping him from adding Kuwait and SA to his empire. That is, IF he did! Duelfer report says he planned to restart his WMD programs as soon as sanctions were lifted.
