So the sanctions were working. And do you know how many years it would take to start a nuke or other WMD program and to make it operational? It took Pakistan close to 30 years. Even in the case of Iran, it is said that it will take at least a couple of years.

North Korea is already there, of course. Iraq was the least prepared of the three nations that Dumbya named in his "axis of evil" and it was the country that was invaded. As a General from India said, you don't pick fights with the US unless you have nuclear weapons -- a lesson that is not lost on many countries in the ME, after the Iraq invasion happened.
