He should say that knowing what he does now, he would have strengthened the sanctions, allowed the inspectors the time to do their work, (it was the inspectors who discovered and broke up the terrorist developing chemical and bio. weapons), and cleaned up on the oil for food program.
And, if he invaded he would have done it with enough troops to secure the peace, and guard the ammo dumps as well as the museums.
But he wouldn't have done what bush did.

But, in fact, my biggest disappointment in Kerry is that he hasn't yet stated that he would not have gone to war in Iraq knowing then what he knows now.

How disappointed would you be to learn he has already said the opposite?

Kerry is on record as saying he would have gone to war, knowing what we know now.......

Both of these guys are war mongers and freely talk of killing instead of resolution.
