If you were a terrorist and only had one nuclear weapon, would you use it to mess up the Port of Seattle? Get serious, now. Even if you had ten nuclear weapons, the Port of Seattle would be low on the list. I know something, a tiny thing, almost, the terrorists could do that would mess up the US economy beyond belief for many years, but I am not telling and they'll never think of it. But if I were going to mess up a port, I'd pick Long Beach or New York.
