I can understand why someone would decline to discuss this or anything with you. Life's too short. I figure that if a person declines to reply to an extremely simple hypothetical question but instead claims that she can't because "stuff like" child rape "don't register" with her, it's probably because she feels replying honestly would somehow disadvantage her.

If you want me to vote on a statute, please go to the trouble of drafting one that reasonably represents what you're talking about. Be reasonably precise. Also, please explain the context of the vote -- am I on the legislature, am I a private citizen, is it a proposed Constitutional amendment and if so, state Constitution or federal Constitution? Context matters.

Is that why you don't answer any of your own hypothetical questions...even when they are extremely simple? It would be a lot easier to understand your posts, if you would provide your own answers, first, to your extremely simple hypothetical questions about the extremely simple topics of felony child abuse, incest, rape; and life and death. You know...All the extremely simple subjects that you brought up.
