Either way, using CR's name for political gains is the untimate callous cold hearted and brazen polical opportunism.

Is there no shame in this?

CR is the one who intentionally put his prominent name out there to call attention to issues vital to those with spinal cord injuries, those who had no voice. Do you really think he would have wanted his name to stop being used upon his death when the impact of it would be the greatest? If we don't use the wishes of the dying as the dominant criterion for what is or isn't shameful, what criterion should we substitute?

You saw on CNN that he went into a coma ON THURSDAY and that Kerry LIED about being called and thanked by Reeve?

That was the point of my post-- that nowhere on line could I find any mention of Reeve going into a coma on Thurs. By all news accounts he went into a coma on Sat. and Kerry could have received a call.
