No but certainly not the evil empire anymore either. In our personal lives when you buy a used car, trust but verify. If you loan your kid some money, trust and perhaps say a prayer. We neednt have insulted the russians by including odious verification proceedures when their interest regarding these weapons systems are in line with ours. Why would they have fooled us? Mike
PS i am making the assumption that you are right about the no verify thing in the first place. Is it no verify or veryify too lite for your taste or just another way for you to make an anti-bush statement?
