Hello Pezz, Today's Report: A good day.

I sent in my account information to the General Partner, readying to receive and book the ill-gotten gains from the earlier mentioned sale of one of the Mongkok premises (the one on which a brothel was thriving).

I feel simply terrible, unconscionable almost, but I, not so complicated to understand, will take the 60% (after all fees) per annum gain since this post … totaling around 150% !

… I have decided to buy into the real estate syndicate scheme I spoke about yesterday, buying up a basket of ground level shops in the busiest, and therefore unaffected, shopping district in Hong Kong surrounding a planned upmarket two city block development of hotel, office, and shopping center, with lots of parking (precious HK commodity). The complex should be up in 24 months (HK builds really amazingly fast) and mature within 12 months upon completion>>

My friend was right about the values that would yet materialize …

The syndicate has just purchased more retail space, including a premise currently leased out to a brothel, a possibly recession-proof tenant.

My friend is (a) excited about the values we have picked up, and (b) the values that will yet materialize>>

On a separate but related matter, we just got an unsolicited offer for our seafood restaurant building at 2.5 fold our original purchase cost. Given we were 50% leveraged, the unrealized IRR is … let me see … 313% total gain to date, since around this dated post from 14 months ago (pelvic thrust taunt :0) ... don’t you just love Communism :0)

… committed to invest in another partnership that will buy one of few lowrise commercial buildings in same neighborhood, at rental yield of 7.67% based on current rent contract (HKD 23/sqft) that is low compared to recent comparables of HKD 29-80/sqft>>

All of the heavenly gains are attributable to the venture featured on the right corner of this web page greateagle.com.hk and the mainland visitors described here english.sina.com“More than 25,000 Chinese mainland people traveled in Hong Kong individually Thursday, up 58 percent over a year earlier while the number for Oct. 1 is expected to exceed 34,000, a record single day number set in May.”

On a totally separate matter, these shorted options should expired worthless on some evil speculator. Another lesson administered, and administered well …

Hello Pezz, Today's Report:

I unloaded my ZiJin Mines finance.yahoo.com at HKD 2.775/share, claiming my poor 4.7% walking around chump's gain bargained for here Message 20292872 <<July 8th, 2004>>

I feel better, in tune with the Forces that may send China sliding (events there are not looking good). I must lighten up where I can, and fast, before I get lopsided by a mind-bending wallop of other wager.
