all i know is three doctors my daughter was going too all left the practice outside philly and moved to New Jersey. they couldn't afford liab. insurance. also a bill in state house to prevent moving law suits into Philly from subburbs as Philly is the place to be to get favorable judgements. i hope the bill passes.. i cannot see these lawyers hunting down a location to get just about automatic judgements against large corp and doctors etc. We need to stop these law suits it is costing all us in the bottom line.

Insurance in New Jersey was high i thought because of so many fake claims and law suits. I believe firms are going back into New Jersey,, did they change the laws. did nj put in no fault.? i also lived in nj many many years ago and it was difficult to get insurance back in 80's i was told it was all the law suits in car accidents.
