I had a similar experience. When the defendant's attorney stated that the plaintiff's attorney was from Belleville, IL (a well-known venue for filing personal injury claims), I alsmost burst out laughing and had to turn away. I was dismissed. LOL

You have no knowledge of the dynamics of the carpal bones.A small avulsion or other type of fracture that is missed may be associated with avascular necrosis later on which could then lead to surgery.An orthopedic hand surgeon would be the expert in this area.The case may or may not have merit but that's why Kerry/Edwards idea of triaging these lawsuits is a very good idea.
