The Duelfer report said there were plans for WMD. My notes indicate good articles on the subject can be found on FADG post 147931 and Politics for Pros posts 75411, 75659, 75689. & 77005. Bush started a war - something the US does not do. Actually we do. The last 3 Presidents have invaded countries and overthrown governments (Clinton - Haiti, Bush 41 - Panama, Reagan - Grenada). And there's Serbia, where we only used air power vs troops on the ground to accomplish the same. He had no right to do this. Actually both houses of Congress passed resolutions explicitly giving him the right.
