UMich consumer sentiment sinks to 87.5

WASHINGTON (CBS.MW) -- U.S. consumer sentiment declined in early October. The University of Michigan consumer sentiment index fell to 87.5 from 94.2 in September. Economists were expecting a slide to 93.9
