You are overtly partisan. The Judicial nominations made by Presdient Bush were excellent qualified individuals.

No, they were not. An independent judicial board made up of people from both sides were against their appointment along with Bush's Pickering from the South......the one Bush overrode.

Again, I ask you why Bush can't come up with appointees who are not from the radical right?

The appointments of minority Judges were some of the most qualified. The vile Tom Daschle and his partisan panderers preferred preventing their appointments. The minority judgical nominees were singled out to punish teh minority judges for straying from the Democrat party.

If that were true, no Bush appointee would have made it. In fact, most have made it.

You have no argument....you need to drop it.
