I could understand Bush may be too busy and would not have the time, but his loyal base should easily be able to put this question to rest once and for all.

All they would have to do is find out the unit he was assigned to for those six months while he served in the Alabama National Guards. There couldn't be more than 50 or 60 pilots assigned to that unit at the time.

They could all be contacted and at least some of them will be willing to go on record and provide anecdotal evidence that he served.
