Yes, I have already read this and came to the conclusion that something has obstructed the Navy from looking into this. Of course, right now the Navy has more important eggs to fry. The reason I refer to John Kerry as Stolen Valor is the fact that there is no such military decoration as a Silver Star with "V" device. If someone has one, it is fraud or forgery or a combination of the both..... John Kerry is one evil person who couldn't tell the truth to his own mother let alone anyone else.... him and chappy are like two peas in a pod......
