<On the downside, I am disappointed that I have not been able to get any breakdown of what all their specific holdings are at this point.>

It seems to me that this is one good reason to remain on the sideline for now.

At least they post NAV, which BMS does but I could not find NAV for Quest. Looks like BMS trades at NAV.

I emailed EDV on their holdings, reply posted (received on a Sunday). All I have to go on is their tombstones. I don't know many of these:

David,

We do not disclose our investments for a variety of reasons some of

which are,

a) We are active investors and our positions change fairly frequently,

thus any list we provide would quickly turn stale.

b) If we disclosed individual positions, we could be "tipping our hand"

and potentially disadvantaging ourselves in the market place.

c) And most importantly, we are seeking to protect the relationships we

have with the companies we're investing in. As shown by our capital turnover -

we are both active buyers, and therefore, we are also active sellers. Our

decision to sell one position might not fully reflect our outlook for

that company, but rather a decision to reallocate capital for other

business reasons. Or, we may be selling simply to prepare to

re-invest. Therefore, discretion is needed.

Regards,

Bill Koutsouras

To Whom It May Concern:

Is it possible to find a list of the companies and shares you hold in them? I have searched your website and sedar but find nothing.

Thank you

David
