Michael actually is living in Europe at the present. I think Italy.

Here is my poll. Like Michael, I have traveled extensively throughout Europe. The only place I routinely felt folks were deliberately making an effort to make me feel unwelcome was in French cities. Everywhere else I went, including the French countryside, the locals were courteous, kind, helpful and very friendly.

Mary I've lived overseas for 20 years and have traveled frequently to most parts of the globe and most people like America and Americans. They may not agree with some of our policies but that rarely transforms to a different behaviour towards individual Americans. Regards Neil
