My other motto is, "If you're grouchy, irritable, or downright mean, there will be a $10 charge for putting up with you. Save yourself the $10 and have another cup." I am never mean. I can be cranky, though, when I get frustrated. Frustration for me comes from not getting an straight answer to an honest question, particularly if I get a lot of obfuscating non-replies, instead. The easiest way to keep me from getting cranky is to just answer my questions. Re the coffee, I'm quite omnivorous but coffee is one of the few things that I don't consume. <g> Re the ten bucks, I'll send you ten bucks if you'll answer my unanswered questions. Each. That's how frustrated I am.
