Chris, You can tell what a Republican's attitude is about women, if that person supports the creation of a law that makes abortion illegal without even incorporating a health clause giving women the right to remain alive. Without question, they are saying they don't care if a woman dies. That's a murderous position to have. I think some of these anti-abortion people that don't believe in having a health clause giving women the right to remain alive, are at a very deep level similar to murderers that actively kill women. The only difference is they try to do it through the legal system.

I think if we looked real close at those types of Republicans that didn't believe in a health clause, we'd find some rather murderous people with a complete hate for women. That is the only thing that would explain why they would not even put a health clause inside such a law.

Regards,
Amy J

Personally I am opposed to Roe vs. Wade, I think the question is best left to the states. Imo, there is no rational argument for making it a federal and a Constitutional issue.

But you can't change the past. It appears that our nation will be bitterly divided by this issue for as far as the eye can see.

That is the consequence of a horribly misguided Supreme Court decision: a nation divided as far as the eye can see, with no means of ending the division.
