When you say "France and Russia", then I assume you mean the national treasury. Who exactly was being paid? And speaking of corruption, what happened to the $billions in oil revenue unaccounted for since Bush occupied Iraq? c) Hence, Kerry, in his liberal weakness, would have allowed our national security to be threatened by virtue of the threat simply paying off our so-called "allies".
