I LOVE to figure out how to do a "Martha" thing, using new ideas, but not necessarily spending lots more money on things I won't use again... One of my favorite easy things is put tealights in all the crystal pieces downstairs....Many of the crystal are antique, or getting there....plus some new pieces...as long as the flame doesn't touch any part of the glass, it's OK... There are 29 places on the main floor I use them... When I was in the dining room last night, I see that silver polishing is in order again. I don't mind doing it, but don't like the time it takes. Plus can't stand in one place for that long, so a good dusting might have to work for now. Heh.
