How many people were hurt by this "dishonesty"? How much should businesses pay in "damages," and how much of the monetary reward actually makes it to the average Californian?

It's no longer enough for slogans as simple as "Made in America" to pass the common sense test. They now have to go through legal counsel before any company even dares to base its marketing off of them. How many small businesses can afford that? Can yours?

Do you understand why? The whole concept of Made in America was to provide tax breaks for companies making their products here and in turn providing jobs for Americans as well appealing to American nationalism. If someone is saying Made in America and does not meet the requirements, should they still get the tax break?
