Well, let's assume for the sake of the argument that the Supreme Court actually erred in Bush v. Gore. Would that not be worse?

I bring this up because I believe that Justice Breyer's opinion was legally more satisfactory under Florida law and federal law. Recount ALL Florida votes using an objective standard.

As it was, the majority decision turned on the validity of the acts of one individual, Kathleen Harris, a Bush activist, which were endorsed by Bush's brother. Harris was, arguably, arbitrary. As was the Florida Supreme Court, only in favor of Gore.
