I don't think the trend is slowing, it's increasing with more players in the mix now. It' not just two it's more like 8 with more in the offing. Plus the big players are less stable under Putin and Bush. Bush intends to restart SDI if he gets a chance. He'll ram it through with a Republican Congress if he gets a chance. We'll pay for it while our economy sinks back into Recession as we will have NO BULLETS to get it started again. We've spent the surplus, gone into massive deficit and even gone to war. What will be the impetus to spark an economic recovery this time? We don't have one. It's getting very ugly out there and even Kerry will have a hell of a time trying to get the economy growing again.
