A vote for Kerry will keep Bush's tort reform from stealing from those who deserve punitive damages.
Bush wants tort reform, where innocents can't get the judgements they sometimes deserve.
Take for example that poor girl who died last night outside Yankee Stadium when the cops killed her with their bean-bag shotguns. Just an "ooops" from the cops, but a tragedy for her and her family.

Censorship of smear campaigns against war heros? Good.
Actually the smearvets ought to be arrested. Libel against our war heros should be a serious crime. The rightwing should stand up to this the way they do to stepping on the American flag late term abortions. It's just as yucky.
