"The bible gives many examples of innocent people being killed and then sent to Hell for eternal torture as being evil."

That is simply a false statement.

I challenge you again to produce one example where innocent people are in Hell. You can't because there aren't any.

For instance..
"Now the earth was corrupt in the sight of God, and the earth was filled with violence.
God looked on the earth, and behold, it was corrupt; for all flesh had corrupted their way upon the earth.
Then God said to Noah, "The end of all flesh has come before Me; for the earth is filled with violence because of them; and behold, I am about to destroy them with the earth."(Gen 6:11-13)

God destroyed the People for good reason. Just because he has not destroyed us as well is no reason to presume on His grace.

"Your bible is almost entirely contradictory to all human standards of innocence."

As I said; you uphold the so called right of a woman to kill her innocent child but express outrage at God punishing guilty people. Your logic is the result of a twisted and sick mind.

"<<<That whosoever would not seek the LORD God of Israel should be put to death, whether small or great, whether man or woman">>>

"In other words, it is not necessary to be guilty of anything to "deserve" being murdered and then to deserve eternal torture in Hell--it is only necessary that one think freely."

The passage has a context which you ignore (as usual) The people of Israel. Not seeking the LORD which they were obliged to do, is a thing BTW.

"Two reasons: They believe they are buying their own salvation; and (to the point of our discussion), they believe that people are "UNSAVED"--regardless of how innocent they are--unless they swallow the brutal myths of one of the 10,000 or so Christian sects proselytizing their particular brand of judgment."

You keep insisting on displaying a total lack of understanding about what Christianity entails. Your first statement about buying salvation may apply to some but certainly not the vast majority of Christians. Salvation; if you like forgiveness, is the result of Grace. Now I know you have trouble with definitions but the Bible uses it to mean unearned unmerited and UN-BOUGHT favor. Pointing out that Christians believe all people are sinners and in need of forgiveness is not any kind of argument that people are not, but how about you? Are you innocent? Have you ever done anything wrong? Would God be justified if He held you accountable for your actions?

"So come back with your moronic responses and basic insults."

If the shoe fits....
