In Bush's case he indicated his cabinet choices BEFORE the election and the general consensus was that Bush had selected well above average persons to sit on his cabinet. Kerry has given us NOTHING. JDN

Isn't it fair to say that Kerry already has had an opportunity to wield power in the US Senate and failed? Kerry slashed intelligence. 9/11 was the direct result of failed intelligence, as was the CIA's incorrect assessment of Saddam's capabilities. Kerry mised 76% of committee meetings while in the Senate, even before campaigning. That sounds like AWOL to me.
