You can blame 9/11 for inflation. All wars historically have led to inflation. Bush was President for less than 9 months when 9/11 occurred. Clearly the seeds for 9/11 were planted when the initial planning for 9/11 began in 1996. Who was President in 1996? Could it possibly be Clinton policies that caused 9/11. Sure looks that way to me.
