By when? By the time he went to Paris to meet with the enemy? You mean he did that WITHOUT the VVAW?

There is no evidence that Kerry saved any lives. There are reports by POWs that he harmed them and the commander in North Vietnam has written in his book had it not been for the antiwar movement in the states, the states would have won. They were close to quiting.
