The missing explosives are getting publicity right now because the report was just filed with the UN.

"Those explosives represent about one one thousandth (1/1,000), one tenth of one percent, or .001 of the material that has already been uncovered. It might have disappeared around the time we invaded -- they're investigating.' It is already confirmed that we had control and possession of the UN marked explosives at one point in time. Then they vanished...why? You are saying we have uncovered how much explosive material in Iraq? 390,000 tons? Is that true? Can you cite a link on that figure.
