Saddam was the Iraqis' problem. They helped create him and it was their responsibility to take care of him. Its called a nation's manifest destiny. Nonsense. The average Iraqis no more created Saddam than did the average American created Jeffrey Dahmer. Your logic says the wife created the wife beater, and its the wife's job alone to stop getting herself beat. I meant the culture and its political orientation. Saddam was a product of that culture. In that sense, Iraqi culture created him.....let them take care of him. ted
