I have not seen any reports of their deaths. You cannot deter men like Osama Bin Laden or Mohammed Atta by threatening to hunt them down and kill them. The former is ready to die, and the latter is already dead.

How do you proposed deterring them? By hunting down and killing Saddam's sons?
