I know those beach properties are hot. Flippin is good. Did lots of that that in NC. Used 1031s whenever possible. I came here because it was slow and quiet. Had a home built last year and closed on it almost exactly 12 months ago, though we just moved in last April. Appreciated 30% since. New homes sell here within 30 days of completion or sooner. I think half of California is moving to the NW. Was only thinking about fishing, hiking and maybe a little hunting when I got here. We will leave if it gets too too busy. In the meantime the growth is obvious and commercial rentals are in high demand. I like to work so here we go again.
