Bush is a patsy, his removal alone will not heal the country although it will stop him from making blunder after blunder. The real division is between those who want a theocracy and those who don't. TP

Ted, My feeling is that Bush is to us what slavery was to 1860 America........the flashpoint that motivates both sides to raise up and fight. Bush is just a figurehead. Vote him out of office, and in 2008 you'll have someone else for the left to hate. As for slavery, you realize that the Civil War wasn't even about that until Lincoln issued the E.P. in the third year of the war? Not to diminish the importance of that issue or the wrongness of that institution, but I'd rather not see history revised just for the purposes of political correctness. Tenchusatsu
