Horsefeathers, it is not a serious indictment of Bush. Kaczinski was a serious threat in our country and law enforcement looked far and wide and hard to find him. The point is simple. We wanted him and expended resource and HE WAS WITHIN OUR COUNTRY! My only point is it is not as EASY AS WE MIGHT LIKE TO BELIEVE TO FIND SOMEONE TRYING TO HIDE. PERIOD. THAT IS MY POINT. You would crucify PRES. Bush because your man says it is so. had Kerry never mentioned Tora Bora you never would either. Birds do as good a job of parroting words and phrases. OBL is in a vast wilderness. O.K. they couldda shouldda mightta at some fortress with a tunnel or some cave with local troops and warlords who knew the area better then us, point is we tried, we wanted and still want him and why berate Bush for trying and being unsuccessful as of yet? What the hell would Kerry have done? Would he have even gone to Afganistan???
