What a surprise for Osama to pop up to have his say.

Yes, I was rather hoping that he was dead. It had been so long since we heard from him.

I tend to think that his little message is going to backfire. Oh, sure, some lily-livers will decide to vote for Kerry in hopes that Kerry will magically make bin Laden go away, like he will make people in wheelchairs walk. But weren't they going to vote for Kerry already?

And some might feel that it's wiser to vote for Bush since he's more jingoistic and militaristic, but weren't they going to vote for Bush anyway?

On the whole, probably advantage Bush, which suits me, although I still would rather he was dead.

Or, maybe bin Laden really prefers Bush? After all, Kerry served in Vietnam. ;^)
